Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Because every Not Common Stuff pouch is handcrafted from genuine leather, natural variations in the grain, texture, and markings are part of the leather's unique character and are not considered defects.
